Description: This table contains notes detailing factors related to the issuance or the discontinuation of an drinking water advisories. Each note can be up to 3,000 characters, and many notes can be related to a single advisory. Each note is also categorized to aid in identifying the type of factors it addresses. The note types include: Details - these can be any extenuating or conditional factors observed concerning the advisory or circumstances concerning the lifting of the advisory.Results: these notes typically contain sampling results for the contaminant that causes the advisory. In many cases multiple samples at different dates are used in issuing or lifting an advisory. These notes provide the details of those samplings and results. History - these notes typically provide context for a current advisory, or a history of previous advisories, contamination events, or other factors at the public water system.Enforcement - these notes detail enforcment actions taken against the public water system and also the efforts of the system to comply with enforcement orders, and other efforts to lift the advisory.
