Service Description: The source water assessment program at Ohio EPA includes conducting a detailed inventory of the potential contaminant sources within the drinking water source protection area (also known as the protection area). The purpose of the potential contaminant source inventory (PCSI) is to identify any significant activity or land use that has the potential to contaminate the ground water supplying the PWS.
